These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern your use of www.haridwardham.com (the “Site“), operated by Haridwar Dham (“we“, “us“, “our“). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

HaridwarDham is an independent informational and spiritual-participation platform focused on Haridwar and Uttarakhand. Mission Bezubaan and HaridwarMart are separate, independently operated projects — these Terms apply only to the HaridwarDham website and do not extend to those projects.

By browsing, using, or interacting with the Site — including submitting a contact form or taking part in a seva through the Site — you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 14; continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. About the Site

The Site provides general information about Haridwar, Uttarakhand, temples, spiritual and pilgrimage destinations, tourist places, travel guides, and opportunities to take part in spiritual seva such as Ganga Aarti and Sadhu Bhoj. It is intended as an informational and facilitation resource, not as an official or government tourism authority.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, graphics, logos and design of the Site are owned by or licensed to HaridwarDham and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Travel and spiritual/religious information

Content on the Site relating to travel, temples, pilgrimage routes, and spiritual or religious practices is provided for general informational purposes. It reflects publicly available information and, where relevant, our own understanding of local customs and practices — it is not an official religious ruling, a substitute for guidance from a qualified priest, guide or authority, or a guarantee of any particular outcome from participating in an activity.

7. Seva participation

The Site facilitates information about, and participation in, spiritual seva such as Ganga Aarti Seva and Sadhu Bhoj, as well as other or custom seva arrangements coordinated with us directly.

• Seva participation may be arranged through an enquiry (contact form, phone, or WhatsApp) and, where online contribution is available, through an online contribution as described in our Donation / Seva Policy.
• Details such as timing, format and any local arrangements are communicated to you directly and may depend on factors described in Section 8 and in the Donation / Seva Policy.
• Custom seva requests are handled individually; specifics are agreed with you before confirmation wherever practical.

8. Ganga Aarti contribution and Sadhu Bhoj participation

Ganga Aarti Seva and Sadhu Bhoj are traditional forms of spiritual participation coordinated by us based on your request. Because these activities take place at physical locations in Haridwar and depend on local logistics (ghat availability, weather, local authorities, priests, and similar factors), we cannot guarantee an exact date, time or format in advance, though we make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferences and will communicate any change that affects your arrangement.

9. Payments

Where online payment or contribution functionality is available on the Site, payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to that gateway’s own terms. See our Donation / Seva Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy for details specific to contributions.

10. Receipts

Where applicable, a payment confirmation or receipt will be provided for an online contribution, generally by email, once the payment is confirmed. Please see our Donation / Seva Policy for what a receipt does and does not represent (for example, regarding tax status).

The Site may link to, or rely on, third-party services (such as a payment gateway, mapping service, or social media platform) and external websites (including government tourism sites or other informational resources). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or practices. We aim to keep the Site available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons beyond our control.
